פִּיגָּם
פִּיגָּם, פִּגָּםm. (פָּגַם; cmp. פָּגוּם I, a. Gen. R. s. 20, quoted bel.; πήγανον would seem to be of Semitic origin) the herb rue. Gen. R. s. 20 שהם דומים לפ׳וכ׳ resembling the leaves of rue, wide below and narrow on top, v. אֹור II, 3. Kil. I, 8 אין מרכיבין פ׳ע״ג קדהוכ׳ you must not graft rue on wild cassia, because it would be a combination of an herb with a tree; Erub.34b פגם (some ed. פי׳, v. Rabb. D. S. a. l. note 200). Ukts. I, 2.
